Why do we collect and use personal information? 

We collect and process information about children to whom we provide services. We use this personal data to support these children and monitor their progress, provide them with pastoral care, and assess the quality of our services. 

We will not give information about children in our care to anyone without relevant consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so. 

We may process personal data relating to those we employ or who employ us. We do this to assist in the running of the business, to enable employers to be invoiced, and to enable individuals to be paid. 

We will not share information about employers or employees with third parties without your consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so. 

We may collect and use personal information and media for the purposes of marketing, with your consent. 

The categories of personal information that we collect, hold and share include: 

  • Personal information (such as name, address and relevant contact details) 

  • Characteristics (such as ethnicity, language, nationality, country of birth) 

  • Attendance information (such as sessions attended, number of absences and absence reasons)

  • Remuneration and contractual details

  • Assessment information, such as observations

  • Relevant medical information

  • Special educational needs information and access requirements

  • Exclusions / behavioural information

We hold personal data for a limited, defined period of me. All data is held and transmitted securely.
